President & CEO
Mr. Jones studied Journalism, Marketing, Advertising Design and English at Ohio University where he graduated cum laude. His graduate studies included Marketing and Advertising at Pratt Institute in New York, NY and Kent State University in Kent, Ohio.
Mr. Jones has an extensive corporate background, having worked as Director of Advanced Planning at the Woodward & Lothrop division of Federated Stores, as Assistant Director of Communications at the National Chamber of Commerce in Washington D.C. and Pallace Advertising Inc. in Columbia, MD, and as Associate Editor at Reader’s Digest Books in New York, N.Y.
Vice President & COO
Ms. Strasz, who oversees the day-to-day operations of Jones & Associates Communications, has more than 40 years experience in advertising, community and media relations, and marketing-creative development and management. She develops, writes and manages the production of the company’s marketing, community/media relations and advertising strategies and campaigns as well as all collateral materials (print, digital, social media and broadcast).
Director of Creative & Interactive Services
Mrs. Jones has more than 25 years experience in production management, graphic design for all media, and developing, designing and maintaining websites.
She designs corporate identity and advertising and promotional materials, including magazine and newspaper ads, billboards, newsletters, direct-mail efforts, fundraising and events planning, and assists with community and media relations assignments.
Executive Assistant to the Vice President/COO
Ms. Gonzalez joined Jones & Associates Communications in March 2016. She is responsible for handling office communications and scheduling, for writing and posting social media, researching and assisting in the development of programs and projects, writing articles and press releases and ensuring distribution to media outlets.
Ms. Nicholaides joined Jones & Associates Communications in 2017. She is responsible for researching, writing and editing engaging and impactful content, including press releases, website content, magazine and newsletter articles, brochures, social media posts, and a variety of other materials.
